Morningstar Resources LLC is a Limited Liability Corporation that has experienced members who are experts at analyzing real estate opportunities. The managing member is Keith Raport.
Keith Raport has been in the real estate investment, development and brokerage business for more than 33 years. He has operated many partnerships that own and develop real estate projects in a wide geographical area. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson.
Since his first purchase of an investment property in 1977 at the age of 20, Keith has bought, managed, renovated, maintained and then re-sold over 450 real estate properties. His role in these properties has been either as the sole or managing owner. These properties have encompassed the entire spectrum of real estate types and have ranged from single family homes to industrial properties including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, commercial properties and raw land. As a land developer, he has been involved with the development of many residential and commercial projects, including some that have required more than 6 years just completing the land development approval process. In addition, he has been involved in dozens of projects that have involved the adaptive reuse of older properties which required the obtaining of zoning and/or land development approvals.
As a real estate agent and broker, Keith was first licensed to sell real estate in 1978 and has personally sold over 1,300 properties for clients. In addition, as broker of record of his own firm, he managed over 2,500 sales for his real estate offices. In his capacity as broker, Keith managed a staff that reached a peak of 59 people and operated integrated companies that performed mortgage, title and insurance work for his real estate offices. In addition, he has managed the work that is outsourced, including building and subcontractor agreements as well as interaction with professional firms in architectural, engineering, construction, insurance, legal and consulting. Maintaining an in-house construction crew also has involved his management of supply house contracts, supply inventories and warehousing as well as job and segmented invoicing.
Since 2000, Keith has focused on four areas: land development, acquisition of net-leased properties, residential construction and real estate brokerage with Prudential Fox and Roach REALTORS. As a commercial-bred real estate agent in a large but primarily residential brokerage firm, he has enjoyed many referrals from his peers and performed work in the entire spectrum of real estate sales and leasing. In addition he has built and developed many real estate projects and currently has a number of development projects including investment properties, property renovations and building lots that engage his time.

Keith and his wife Charele met in high school and have been married for 34 years. They have three grown children and reside in West Chester PA in an historic converted stone barn.
